I have used this product on and off for about 3 years.  I find that when I am on it, my focus is razor sharp (just like they claim).  I do not notice a physical energy boost, however something is happening inside my brain that is allowing me to keep pushing on.  For example, I come home after a hard day at work and then I have some sort of mental motivation to get things done at home…. things that I would never take on before (like cleaning the garage or shed).
